The goal of this project is to give you some ideas on how to keep yourself healthy. To maintain good health, the first step is to learn what you can do. In order to achieve this we had to find out what exactly is good for our bodies. We then looked at different ways in which people try to improve their health and we found out that there were many things that could help us. Finally, we came up some tips that would make us happier and healthier.

We began by looking at all the food we eat. We learned that certain foods are bad for us while others are good. For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

We ended our discussion with a mention of sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed.
