Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress.
