Finally, we came up some tips that would make us happier and healthier.

We started by looking at different kinds of food. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. We now know that sugar can be dangerous because it can cause weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
